Hats off to Bhumi & Chirag for throwing a true Destination Wedding experience to their guests! For us as a Wedding Planners also, we had a complete new perspective of how traditional elements could be well balanced with an overseas Wedding.
Almost 18 months of planning, multiple visits from UK to check around possible locations and meet the suppliers, very deliberate selection of venues and how would entire flow of events go and most importantly a careful process (after her elder Sister’s wedding in Udaipur two years back which was also organised by us).
Events were held at Zeebop, Alila Diwa, Beach House and Kenilworth Beach Resort. A great 4 days spread of Welcome Dinner cum families getting together, Mehendi & Garba evening, Vidhi Pooja & Haldi, Morning Wedding and a grand Reception ended with after party.

Here is the feedback
After having spent months trying to think about how to have the wedding we’d always dreamed of, we found a very simple answer after attending a family wedding in Udaipur planned by Regal Weddings. The wedding was elegant, bespoke and spectacular. The tastes of the bride and groom had been incorporated into every aspect and thus, we knew Regal Wedding would be able to cater for our specific needs.
We decided upon Goa in 2015. Ankit had come highly recommended, and even after our first initial conversation, we knew we were in safe, experienced and caring hands. Organising a wedding abroad, while both of us worked was an immense pressure on both our free time and our work time. However, Ankit and his team did all they could to reduce the burden and plan us a wedding that we will truly never forget.
Logistically, we were very demanding. Five events, a hundred and eighty guests coming from various locations around the world and a very attentive to detail couple. Ankit and the team did not waiver in their devotion to providing us with a straightforward, beautiful wedding which could have never have been realised without all their hard work and dedication.
When the wedding came around, Ankit, Gauri, Anjali and Vaibhav felt like genuine guests we wanted to welcome into our special day rather than the wedding planners we had simply paid to deliver a service.
In essence, we would highly recommend Regal Weddings. They are professional in all they do, easy to work with and you always feel like a big part of the burden of having an Indian wedding is being taken care of not just competently, but expertly. Above all, the wedding was great fun and incredibly special to us. This would not have been the case to the same extent without the team!
